Well, May sales reports are coming out, and it sounds like Ford did amazing.
The Explorer beat 2005 sales.
Lincoln sales were up 21% from last May.
What other companies are you following? Any surprises?

Lol MKC pretty much outsells the MKT in one weekend versus a whole month of sales of the MKT.
Looks like Ford put in a fairly solid months, no earth shattering gains however. But I am glad to see the Fusion/MKZ improving.

Yeah, you noticed that huh? I too am glad we are finally hearing positive numbers on Lincoln..
Look at the numbers for the Edge and Flex. They're starting to show their age and the sales reflect that.

lol, no problem!
I just wish I had bought Ford stock when it was damn near free circa 2009.

Yeah, Lincoln still has low numbers, but I suppose any improvement is good.
Edge and Flex I imagine will have replacements soon-ish? I think I recall Ford announced they are coming out with a shitload of new models over the next several years.

"Fiesta — 7,209"
I would have expected the Fiesta to be a much higher volume seller. Interesting.
I also bought a Focus ST in May, so you're welcome for that, Ford. It would be interesting to see how many of these were of each trim line. I'd like to see how many of each of these was an ST/GT/SHO/Raptor, etc.

Yeah, the Focus numbers shocked me too. Perhaps they're upselling to the Fusion? Either that or the Fiesta and Focus are facing stiff competition.

Seriously! Wouldn't have expected the Fusion to outsell the Focus. I guess a semi-loaded Focus gets you well into Fusion territory, and actually now that I look it up, the Fusion is much cheaper than I thought. That must play into why the sales are so high, it very much looks like an expensive car.
